More alumni videos
As students are confirming for 2012 PEPP, I'm sure it will help to have as much information available about the upcoming experience. Alumni videos are rolling in! Here are two that we received from two wonderful alumni, Ariel Abner (PEPP 2010) and Stella Achenjang (PEPP 2011). Ariel is finishing her second year at Eastern Kentucky University, participated in the 2011 SMDEP, and will attend the 2012 MCAT-DAT Review. Stella is a freshman at UK (yes, UK students can attend programs at UofL!) and will be participating in SMDEP this summer. Since they will be at UofL participating in other programs provided by the Office of Minority and Rural Affairs, it is likely that 2012 PEPP scholars will get a chance to meet and talk with them. We always provide a chance for our PEPP students to meet alumni who are attending their respective colleges. This can truly help in your understanding of the pre-health resources that will be available to you in the fall.
